The Porto Montenegro project is located in the UNESCO protected Bay of Kotor in the historic town of Tivat.

Residents will have access to the Bay and harbours and will enjoy its close proximity to Tivat International Airport. Travel time to the airport will take less than a 10-minute drive.

The area was a key operational naval base for most of the 20th century. Porto Montenegro was established in 2009 and has since become the most comprehensive, full-service marina and residential village in the Adriatic. The waterfront destination is home to more than 450 berths for yachts of up to 820 ft in length with a capacity for 850 upon completion of the project. There will also be a dedicated full-service repair and refit facility in the nearby area for yacht owners.

The marina in Porto Montenegro is advantageously located near the Croatian border and at the base of the Adriatic coast, which means it is an ideal charter base for Italy, Greece and the Dalmatian coast, with access to more than 4,000 islands. In addition, the marina is situated a short sailing distance from popular cruise destinations in France and Spain.

Potential investors will be able to choose from premium furniture packages and participate in the Regent Rental Management Programme,

which is a rental management service operated by the Regent Porto Montenegro hotel. The service allows owners of real estate in Regent Pool Club to earn an income from their properties when they are not in use by the owner. Apartments will be available for hotel guests to book and generate income from the dedicated rental programme. Depending on the investor's choice of property, owners will be able to participate in one of three rental management programmes, with the rental yield calculated on a daily basis.
